I'm a Senior Editor at Wowcher with a habit of spotting operational friction - and building the tools to fix it. Over the past year I've designed and rolled out systems for capacity planning, resourcing, and reporting, including a tool that cut a multi-hour reporting task down to minutes, and trained my team to make these part of daily workflow.
I'm currently moving into creative operations management, bringing hands-on experience in process design, workflow optimisation, and team resourcing. I like taking messy, manual processes and turning them into something structured, efficient, and easy for a team to actually use - and I'm looking for a role where that's the whole job, not something I do on the side of everything else.
