About me

I am a graphic designer/creative artworker with thirty years experience in the design industry. In that time I have developed quick and accurate design skills, along with my extensive knowledge of Apple Mac software. This has helped me to produce collaborative designs, an efficient turnaround of jobs, along with a good eye for accuracy and a visual strength in all my designs. I am very technically minded and enjoy the challenges of design and print, including graphic and design solutions, computing problems, final reprographics issues and print production.

My background includes corporate and freelance graphic design work, with a history of print and digital design projects. For the last fifteen years my work has moved into the creative artwork field as I feel it is beer to follow a project through from initial design idea to final artwork for print or digital. I have recently trained in Digital Print production and finishing which has afforded me the unique opportunity to take print projects to final production under my full supervision.

I have worked with nationwide and international organisations such Marriott Golf, DeVere Hotels & Golf, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Cult of the Cinema amongst others.

I am accredited with a BA equivalent in graphic design and fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress and a range of other design software. I have experience in social media design and implementation, especially with Twitter and marketing campaigns associated with it's use.

I have also developed the essential skills to communicate effectively with clients to bring their project to the realisation they have envisaged. Along with these skills I also believe in nurturing the studio team by building on varying design skills and encouraging team-work which I feel is a vital component to ensure the success of any project. I enjoy collaborating with clients, creative teams and production professionals to deliver design solutions.
