We've worked for some of the worlds best brands, in various sectors including fashion retail, customer experience, food & beverage, cosmetics and luxury goods.

Our backgrounds are in brand strategy, new concept creation, benchmarking, name generation, brand identity, tone of voice, graphic communication, interior concepts, art direction, product strategy, brand guardianship, guidelines and all the stuff in between. We are very hands on, quick creatively and work holistically to deliver and direct all elements of a brand whether it's a new brand or evolution of an existing one. We find the crucial things are the customer facing touch points such as service style, even to the scent in the environment.

Many of the best experiences I have had were made by product and people. Lots of logos with rounded edges and happy colours do not make a brand have benefit or have friendliness at its core.
