About Izabela
Working in a dynamic environment and being surrounded by like-minded, success-oriented people have always been my main criteria for choosing the right challenges. Moreover, I have a real passion for managing projects from 'conception to completion' - as I find it very rewarding to be part of a process that transforms 'intangible ideas into tangible results' for my clients and team.
I have experience of managing high profile clients (DMGT, Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday, Metro, Evening Standard, DH, Home Office, NHS, etc.) juggling between project and account management responsibilities. I effectively coordinated and managed work of cross-functional teams to meet clients' creative and advertising objectives. My duties also extended to setting up and managing support functions covering scoping, budgeting, reporting, quality and risk management.
I am a true self-starter with a genuine 'can do' attitude and urge to better myself.
