“Things Fall Apart” pays homage to Nigerian author Chinua Achebe. The collection celebrates the identity of a colonial culture in post-colonial Nigeria. Romanticising the African past and bringing the history of Nigeria into modern expression; eloquently fusing it with the social, historical and cultural situations currently being faced in modern West Africa. This collection embeds the brand image of trans-culturalism whilst still expressing it’s own narrative.
This collection paves the way for the redefinition of sustainability by merging AW 20 Runway into SS 21.
