Flexy is a service that connects employers looking for temporary or seasonal workers with a flexible workforce. Flexy approached Ixonos to create a new visual language and identity for two distinct user groups: for employers hiring staff and for the temporary and highly flexible workers. We designed Flexy’s employer admin dashboard and public-facing employee app interface to accommodate Flexy’s unique offerings for both groups: employees get reviews, rewards and stellar search functionality while employers get in-app messaging, timesheets, and live location tracking. We designed a new visual language, logo and user interface which gives Flexy a contemporary, relevant identity, preparing Flexy for a soft launch and a Kickstarter campaign.
