ITV Creative LONDON

ABOUT

Building on the back on partnership established last year, ITV has continued focus on mental health particularly in 16-34 age group.

The previous campaign aimed to help young people cope with life's ups and downs. This year the partnership is back in an even bolder way still, encouraging young people to take action and care for their own mental well being.

The idea comes from the thought 'it doesn't have to be wholesome to be healthy'.

We flip the script, letting viewers know that the traditional cliches of self care are not the only way, and we celebrate helping yourself anyway you can. Using the world of health and wellness with a twist - replacing those un-relatable recommendations and instead showcasing the everyday quirks that actually get us out of those low moments.

Sometimes your mind is too full for mindfulness. Find what gets you through.
