CHALLENGE
Mingo is an upcoming courier/moving service providers. Currently there are various apps that allow users to book their move/goods for shipment, however there isn’t one which does everything in an efficient way. The aim wasn’t to provide everything under the sun, but was to make moving as convenient as possible.

SOLUTION
We have designed it so that Mingo not only provides a shipment service to customers, but it also allows complete management of the move/shipment too, enabling customers to keep track of their goods and of their shipment progress. The inventory, detailed booking, and tracking features give more control to users instead of them waiting for customer service reps to look for answers.
