About Isabella
I'm an enthusiastic creative person who is very involved and self driven in her job.
Whilst directing projects from A to Z I try to commit the people involved by creating a joyful and enjoyable atmosphere.
I started working on full design projects in Ethiopia for Village industry where I took care of the creative concept and managed 90 people in 5 different departments for the execution of the prototypes and products. I was then hired by Hedgren to set a new design team in China. Afterwards I moved to Belgium to join the marketing team at the headquarters.
