ABOUT
I've recently moved to the South Coast of England where I love to walk along the shingle and sand beach. There are always thousands of shells washed up with every tide, so I thought I'd have a go at photographing some of them that had interesting shapes and colours. I'm not a great photographer, but I found that running the photos through various filters in Photoshop created interesting results. See what you think?
Also, I thought that the different layers of sand, pebbles, water and sky created something that reminded me of Mark Rothko's paintings, so I've tried to capture some of that look in my landscape images.
