The subject matter borders around workplace ethics, injustice, and feminism. Specifically it focuses on the various forms of unethical behaviours (sexual, physical & verbal abuse) Nigerian women experience at work and how the media plays a part in fuelling or curbing the menace. Whilst researching and writing a 5000-word paper on the subject, I also independently produced a documentary that tells the stories of victims who faced harassment, sexual and verbal abuse at the workplace. It also features an award-winning investigative journalist who gives insight on why these stories remain untold. Due to covid-19 restrictions, I had to produce this remotely by researching and gathering archival footage and copyright free content to tell my story well.
