Since IPSE’s foundation in 1999, we’ve been the leading voice for freelancers and the self-employed in the UK. With a significant voice in government and a range of leading partner organisations across the country, we represent the interests not just of our 22,000 members, but all 2 million of the UK’s freelance professionals.
One of our key aims is giving our members the help and support they need to run their businesses, including legal advice, sick cover and many of the other benefits full-time employees receive as standard. Visit our website to find out more about our different membership packages.
Beyond our members though, we also ensure that all freelancers, interim managers, consultants and contractors have a voice in government. By producing insightful, hard-hitting research and effective policy campaigns, we fight for better legislation to help the self-employed run their businesses and, ultimately, ensure the UK has one of the world’s most versatile and successful economies.
