The company's website needed a refresh of it's content and design to present better and clear the new structure of the products and services. I have planned, organized and conducted the whole project in collaboration with a website development agency. I had to fullfil different roles in the project - from the classical project manager job, to copywriting, UX Designer and marketing strategist. I have written content for 80% of the pages, I have structured the content and I have created the navigation map as well as mockups for every main website page. I have selected the type of functionalities that I would like to have on the website and I have defined it's strategy.
The project took 6 months of work. The feedback considering the website layout, navigation structure and content was very positive. People where able to find very fast the information they needed and they could understand at a glance what the company does.
