Stay safe. Stay informed. is a campaign raising awareness on the importance of sex education.

Sex education in Romania more or less does not exist and this is visible in statistics: Romania is the country in Europe with the highest abortion rate and most underage pregnancies. Furthermore, only 25% of the Romanian women have heard of the IUD or diaphragm, and 10% learned about the contraceptive patch, the shot or the ring.

​I took elements from the Romanian culture that symbolise love, affection, sexuality and created a campaign aiming to raise awareness on the lack of sex education and the importance of staying informed. I have been focusing on contraceptive methods, showing young women and teenage girls the wide range of options they have.
