We were approached by a Nigerian chef called Tola, she had a range of dishes that were about to be launched into the frozen food aisles of various supermarkets, never having shot Nigerian food before I was intrigued and excited by the prospect. We did a 2 day shoot using a variety of cool surfaces and props, the light was moody and brought out the rich colours and textures of these exotic dishes.
