A thousand elderflowers in every bottle make St~Germain the essential summer drink. And summer is, of course, the season of spontaneity.

St~Germain opened its doors in Soho this summer, providing Londoners spontaneous moments of joy worthy of a thousand flowers.

Visitors began by visiting a florist who created a delicate bouquet of blooms for them. They could then take part in a floral inspired workshop or have a floral makeover by our resident make-up artist.

They could then move through into the bar and indulge themselves with a St~Germain signature serve, the St~Germain Cocktail while listening to our house band playing silky jazz manouche.

Cocktails were artfully crafted by St~Germain Global Brand Ambassador Camille Ralph Vidal.

A secret speakeasy bar could be found behind a hidden curtain in the lounge, where upon request the barman would instruct you in the secrets of crafting the perfect St~Germain cocktail to accompany your summer of indulgence.
