In 2017, Kent County Council’s (KCC) in-house legal team, Kent Legal Services, moved into a separate commercial alternative business structure (ABS) to become Invicta Law. Breaking away from our position as in-house legal department for KCC, allows us to offer a new experience for our clients through use of technology and an innovative client-centred approach.

The new corporate identity conveys the innovative, creative intent of the ABS to add value, service and efficiency to our target market. The new brand also inspires trust and confidence in what is an established and traditional marketplace.
