ConceptThe documentary starts by presenting Taimur Hassan, an ardent artist with an unwavering adoration for blues music. Hassan also shares some of his initial experiences with the genre and the problems he faced in introducing the concept to the Pakistani viewer through the use of anecdotes. Hassan’s tale is told in a coherent and spirited manner, depicting his progression from a humble man to the famous blues singer that he is today. When the audience enters the world of Hassan they are able to see various performances that show the talents and creativity of Hassan as a blues musician. Hassan creates an understanding of how music is a universal language and how people can communicate emotions through music and singing. These are discussions with other artists and students who have been inspired by Hassan as a mentor. This is why by perceiving the world as the music community in the area saw it we get insight into the influence and the legacy that Hassan left behind. These testimonials portray Hassan in all aspects of his teaching abilities, from helping individuals to unlock the intricate details of blues guitar playing to the significance of the blues in contemporary music.

Post-ProductionAfter completing the shooting schedule, I will in-house edit the whole documentary, sound, and color. This will take my 2 days and I will present the first draft on Monday 3rd June 2024. The final look for this documentary will be more cinematic as I am a film student and I see the way that if the documentary is shot and edited with proper cinematic edit, good sound design, and eye-catchy color grade it will generate more impact on the audience and people will love watching this documentary.
