Hugh's work

In 2002 I joined the legal department of a film production and distribution company in London. I was promoted to Head of Business Affairs a year later, and in 2006 I moved to Los Angeles to take up the same role at the parent company. I left the company at the end of 2007 to set up my own consultancy business in the UK, but am now very keen to join a production or distribution company again as I enjoy being part of a team at the heart of the industry. Over the last six years I have built up a great deal of experience, negotiating financing, production and distribution deals for over twenty motion pictures in Europe, the USA and South Africa with budgets totaling around $150m.
