ABOUT

Google’s challenge was to transform the educator’s role from a passive bystander of the AI revolution into an active architect of its future. We were tasked with unifying three distinct workstreams: The Higher Ed Fellowships, the Google AI Educator Series AI Training, and Global Educator Communities into a narrative of empowerment. The mission was to shift Google’s brand perception from a "technology vendor" to a "strategic research partner," ensuring that every stakeholder in the ecosystem, from K-12 teachers in India to Ivy League administrators, felt seen, supported, and heard. This wasn"t just site launches; it was a call to action to invigorate the teaching profession, providing a voice to those navigating the "AI shift" and ensuring technology serves to amplify human potential rather than replace it.

Our digital solution balanced scalable AI literacy with high-prestige advocacy, creating a "cradle-to-leadership" journey. By providing high-volume, accessible training alongside executive-level experiences for academic influencers, we built a trusted, structured path to adoption. The result was a global-ready, authoritative digital presence designed to bridge the literacy gap and foster deep community. Through this ecosystem, educators are no longer just users of tools; they are co-designers of ethical pedagogy, empowered with the resources to thrive and the communities to lead their institutions into the next era of education.
