The challenge
• Engage and motivate staff in National Customer Service Week which ran 6-10 October 2016 (championed by the Institute of Customer Service), and encourage them to refocus on the importance of great customer service
The solution
• HPS developed a distinct identity for the week which was identifiable as National Customer Service Week
• A suite of assets were developed to help support the week, raise awareness amongst staff and aid the delivery of daily activities relating to each days theme
• Each Retailer received a branded box containing all the items they needed to complete a successful week
• Each Retailer was visited throughout the week by a member of the Head Office team#
• Retailers were directed to the NCSW microsite to watch daily video content, and upload their photos, videos and stories

• 197 event boxes issues
• 2,672 unique microsite logins
• 11,922 unique page views
• Over 800 photos uploaded
• 104 videos uploaded
• 111 blog posts
• 42 nominations
• Over 300 Live webcast views
• 120+ visits to retailer
