As a regular attendee of Swansea City FC’s matches, I have aimed to recreate the Matchday Programme for perhaps one of the most anticipated matches in the club’s calendar. The arrival of Manchester United always turns heads
but with Bafetimbi Gomis’ famous lion celebration, I have created a fearless look and feel to coincide
with the day. The club’s incorporation of its rich copper heritage isalso an area of interest. I have set out to honour this
branding idea by including subtle yet sentimental copper strips that also feature on the club’s new kit.
This is a personal project that aims to show my skills in layout, image research and typography.
