ABOUT

iChart is my concept for an app that allows staff in care
homes to record and store information about their
residents easily. This idea is inspired by my experiences in
care work whereby information has either been misplaced
or unrecorded.
As the world transitions more to screen based interactivity,
my aim is to modernise and digitise the standards of care
plan information storage within care homes.
I have set out to understand the user, who in this case can
be anyone between 18 and 65 years old. In such a case,
I have attempted to keep the interface simple, minimal
and purposeful in layout. By following hierarchical design
aspects, I have designed a flowing interface and considered
the use of common communicative elements.
I strongly believe I have shown research and sought after
solutions to a persisting problem in a work place.
