Case Overview
We redesigned the digital presence of a luxury boutique hotel to align the online experience with its five-star, high-touch positioning. The existing website looked dated, loaded slowly, and failed to communicate the emotional value of staying at the property — resulting in low direct bookings and heavy reliance on OTAs.
Our goal was clear: elevate perception, increase direct reservations, and create a premium storytelling experience that mirrors the in-person stay.
Approach
We started with positioning. Instead of listing amenities, we focused on atmosphere, exclusivity, and sensory cues. The above-the-fold section led with cinematic visuals, refined typography, and a strong value proposition. Navigation was simplified to reduce friction, and booking CTAs were strategically placed throughout high-intent sections.
We built the design system in Figma and developed the site on WordPress (Elementor + custom animations). Performance optimization was a priority — image compression, lazy loading, and clean code structure ensured fast load times without sacrificing visual richness.
