The Cornelder de Moçambique IT department implemented a 3-day workshop with graduated students in IT. Instead of interviewing them to identify the potential candidates to be part of their team, they decided to gather around 50 students organized in small groups, and while they were there, were given tasks to solve and present. The best teams won a considerable amount of money while the company expertise managed to accomplish their goals, which was a successful experience.
