Challenge
The occupancy levels in Bupa care homes have fallen significantly. As the biggest operator in the sector, Bupa want to take a leadership position.
Solution
People put off talking about care homes. Anxiety, confusion and guilt are barriers to the discussion, in addition to the current financial climate.
Results
We put Bupa at the centre of the Care Home Conversation. Our platform worked nationally, but we made the Bupa brand relevant to our target audience at a local level. We encouraged open, honest and informed dialogue around care homes, reaching and engaging our audiences in a way that was sensitive yet upfront.
