Challenge
To celebrate their 10th birthday, Jet2 asked us to do something fun to make them stand out in the low-cost airline sector, and get people talking. The truth is no-frills air travel is no longer just about low prices. It’s about the anticipation of a great holiday and fun.
Solution
We created competition with one amazing prize - a party on a plane worth £50,000, on which you can chose everything from the food to the music, and of course, the destination for one lucky winner. With social at its heart we supported the campaign through the line.
Results
How about 60,000 competition entries, 7.5m votes, a 140% uplift in Facebook fans, 492 high-quality natural SEO links, 6,000 YouTube views, 1 DADI award – and 100 drag queens on a plane to Lanzarote?
