Boost ASDA’s average online basket sales, and find exciting ways for new and existing customers to interact with the brand.
Solution
We know that shoppers will respond to content that has been tailored to their needs so we created a new marketing and lifestyle platform for ASDA Extra Special. From the information architecture to the design, every aspect was tailored.
Results
The results were immediate. Customers spent an average time of 1.3 minutes on each page, ASDA saw a 36% uplift in average basket sales and saw fantastic customer feedback.
