High-street bank, Santander, wanted to get their colleagues talking about their careers. Whilst working for Hogarth Worldwide, I was handed this task of generating a series of internal items which would encourage to talk about their own career development and goals.
The project initially was outlined for a design for a Santander intranet, plus a collective of print items in the same style. This then expanded into an internal animated video!
