Whilst at university I had the opportunity to gain work experience at Hodder & Stoughton. During my time with them I was tasked with producing a book cover for the second dating book written by Trevor Sylvestor. The brief required a typographic cover in keeping with the style of his previous book, which you can view here. I hand rendered the typography and used semiotics to make the letters appear like they are clicking together to make clear that this was not a book about online dating, but rather clicking with someone in person.
