Synopsis: This is a story about Marilyn Everett-Jones. This documentary is narrowed to one particular subject - an actress who used to have normal abilities before falling ill 20 years ago. She has also faced discrimination when she applied for casting before but now she has her own agent who is specialising in people with different abilities. But what about others?

Introduction:

My interest has always been toward helping the marginalised community whom I believe has not been on the receiving end of policies that are favourable to them. I fully believe that the harmony of a country depends on an efficient and impartial policy.

For this project, I would like to focus on people with different abilities which are often discriminated and classified as ‘low-caste’ by some people. This problem occurs almost everywhere in the world and video is one of the best advocacy tools for creating the awareness to help this community.
