My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi- projects at same time. My career as project management director in large company specialized in design and construction for industrial type increases my ability and experience to supervise different kind of projects at same time. I have experience in: strategic forward-planning; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to plan and time schedule , methodical administration to deadlines ,. We have followed the best available technique in design and fabrication and commissioning stage of projects gives our engineers and staff continues experience build up by training course. The best methodology of design builds projects and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). My Accumulated experience in Design and Projects Managements of different types of engineering projects , comes from our direct supervising the projects from design early stages through the detail Engineering ,fabrication drawing, fabricator selection and equipment testing for technology projects types. Wide Range of executed projects were managed from design to hand over includes civil and architectural, mechanical , electrical (power and control) , construction of equipments foundations, Building, laboratories, utilities and the need for redesign for some stages directly solved by fields engineers. Thse kind of Projects improve our experience in closed observation and solving problems to finish our duties in time.

My Experience in Private Sector for last eight years and now on, gave me a chance to lead different projects of nongovernmental type. Good planning for all items of projects stages, contracts following up and improve commercial skills. All Projects executed by our Company were consulted by me starting from design review, cost estimation , material selection , suppliers negotiation , time scheduling, Environmental regulations must followed, importing standard items, and financial managements.
