A tipping point knocks over dominoes, one large gear turns smaller cogs, one pebble causes a ripple, and a single trigger sets of the chain reaction of a Rube Goldberg Machine.

A leader should strive to ‘move’, influence and inspire excellence in others. Once inspiration starts to spread, it is hard to stop. One person has the power to impact many, setting off series of events with extraordinary results.

The theme of the conference is inspired by this ‘ripple effect’ – from the invitation, décor and surprise welcome pack, to the activities, music, video clips and speeches.

In line with the Investec brand identity, the décor and marketing elements of the conference will be black and white. This dynamic colour contrast is visually impactful, while subliminally alluding to brand’s well-know icon, the zebra.
