I was commissioned by BBC News to illustrate a story by a journalist writing about their experience of living through the pandemic as an OCD sufferer. As always with current affairs illustrations the deadline was tight so the illustrations needed to be pared down and quick. I picked out several sections of the narrative and made thumbnail roughs, for the commissioner to select three of the concepts. The final pieces are drawn in ink and coloured in Photoshop.
