This was my final year at the university project, I had until May to conclude this project. I was allowed to create my own brief upon review, and I proceeded to propose making my own visual interpretation of Richard Matheson's novel 'I Am Legend', which included character design, environmental concepts and 3D modeling. The project revolved around the research of Los Angeles as depicted in the book and the fictional protagonist 'Robert Neville'. My plan was to make a finish 2D and 3D combined trailer based around the book and conceptual artwork.

The pandemic cut my plans short and I improvised by making a finished storyboard and a rough example of my ideal trailer. The sound design was through Logic Pro X and animation in Blender with the use of Grease Pencil.

I regarded it as ambious and good project I felt, especially through COVID-19.
