Heineken wanted to develop an innovative and engaging blended learning management system for new starters and the existing sales and marketing force, in light of the 70/20/10 learning and development model.

The Brief
Heineken wanted to design and develop a Learning Management System into which they could accommodate all their training materials and resources. Furthermore, the client wanted to uplift some of their existing training by adding some gamified interactivity. Users would access the gamified modules and compete between other members of the company. Heineken, liked the course design and the level of engagement, they decided to create a board game following the same style. The project required a professional with experience both in UI/UX, digital and print formats and, last but not least, an understanding in interaction and packaging design. My previous experience in print formats helped me also to go through and manage the project from concept to completion. From establishing the KPI's to Art Direction and UI/UX, through packaging design to final product, I was actively involved in the entire process.
