We developed a Flash-based training portal for Heineken (South Africa) as part of their Project Galaxy workplace performance initiative. The portal informs employees, through visual and interactive methods, of the CUSTOMER visit process, depicting what is required and recommend at each step. The portal includes a brief introductory tutorial, followed by lessons which users must take to learn about process. The deliverable was well received by the client and aided in better engagement of the training program amongst their staff.
