THE CHALLENGE
Produce a memorable two-day experience for media, influencers and talent to celebrate the launch of the “Usher x Rémy Martin 1738: A Taste of Passion” global campaign, all while linking the trip to Usher’s very own Las Vegas Residency and further connecting the dynamic nature of music and cognac.

THE SOLUTION
Executed a multi-day, once-in-a-lifetime Las Vegas excursion, which included thoughtfully curated programming and exclusive experiences that celebrated Usher’s Las Vegas Residency, his new campaign launch with Rémy Martin, and the limited-run, co-branded ‘A Taste of Passion’ immersive experience.

Logistics & Welcome Experience: Managed all transportation elements – from booking flights and private car service in guests’ origin cities to coordinating a branded, VIP shuttle for on-the-ground transportation in Las Vegas. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests were personally greeted by the StudioHS team and escorted to their rooms, where they were treated to a luxe branded welcome gift, including plush bathrobes, branded headphones, a Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal bottle, and all the ingredients needed to create and enjoy a signature Rémy Martin cocktail.

Programming: Throughout the two-day affair, guests were treated to a high-end Las Vegas experience. The trip kicked-off with a posh welcome dinner at the modern-day, highly coveted supper club, Delilah, featuring a surprise appearance from Usher. Guests then celebrated Usher’s iconic discography with a VIP night out at a classic Las Vegas night club, including Rémy Martin bottle service. The next day, guests enjoyed a curated poolside lunch at the Encore Hotel at Wynn Las Vegas, featuring a specialty selection of Rémy Martin 1738® Accord Royal cocktails.

Music & Cognac: On night two, guests were granted complimentary VIP access to Usher’s ‘My Way’ Las Vegas Residency, accompanied by an exclusive Meet-and-Greet opportunity with Usher. The evening culminated with premier access to “A Taste of Passion Experience” at On The Record at Park MGM Grand Las Vegas, where attendees like actor Evan Ross and actor Sarunas Jackson.
