HSBC made changes to its incentive structure so staff no longer earned bonuses based on how many products they sell. A new framework was brought in to place and a set of guides and animations were produced to explain these changes HSBC employees. These guides and animations were translated into 7 different language and rolled out worldwide.
As lead designer I created a set of hand drawn characters, working with an animator to create 4 short films. The illustrations were used on all collateral including mailers, posters and postcards. I was responsible for ensuring all guides were on brand and consistent, briefing and overlooking freelancers work.
