About me

Styling alongside fashion retail is a career path I wish to pursue as I follow fashion trends religiously; I enjoy working in the fashion environment, and thrive on helping people look their best. I have a strong passion for the fashion industry and have always been interested in new trends/ designers and enjoyed being a part of it weather it was my time spent in hairdressing or working in retail.

While working in the women's designer fashion department of a department store and at a men and womens designer high street store, I provided outstanding customer service, resolved disputes and assisted management with stock merchandising. Feedbacks from store managers were that I had demonstrated an excellent understanding of selling principles and have an excellent approach to customer service. I was praised for my ability to work with others and was given the responsibility of organizing merchandise and stock inventories while working for cult retail.

At my current job I am the Personal Shopper manager, this is a role I thoroughly enjoy as the role involves working closely with new trends and new stock coming into store, this role revolves around having to style my client, not only styling the client by what I think looks right, but also taking in to consideration whats commercial and what would sell but most importantly what will suit the clients personality and lifestyle. I am also currently working with a local fashion photographer styling shoots for local musicians and upcoming designers with him.
