I was approached by a client soon to be turning 21 who was in need of some birthday invites. So after being briefed I decided that I wanted to approach this brief with more of a summer vibe. This has been created with the use of the bunting, which represents a tea/garden party. In terms of the typography, I used a range of typefaces, to draw the eye to the different pieces of information in order of importance. This was within the given brief but I chose the fonts myself. The calligraphy typeface portrays a sense of elegance, representing the girl who was now becoming a woman, and the font for the remaining of the invite was used, as it was easy to read, which was essential for the receiver.
