Over two million people in the UK live with sight loss. It is predicted that by 2020 the number of people with sight loss will rise to over 2,250,000. Visually impaired people have the right to live a fulfilling independent life, including participating in everyday activities. I have created an accessible app named Eyetag allowing blind people to scan an item of clothing. Telling the individual the items size, colour and description. The app also allows the user to online shop increasing their independence.
