ABOUT

For the RSA student design awards I studied the triggers of patient violence in NHS hospitals. The triggers include, extensive waiting times, alcohol consumption and perceptions of inefficiency. In order to inform patients of hospital efficiency and processes I created and tested a series of informative guidance posters for Emergency Departments, explaining the journey a patient will go through to be treated. A personal achievment for myself is that this project was commended by the RSA.
