ABOUT

Concept:
AN IGTV with a visually appealing graphic which moves along with the beat alongside lyrics which appear across the screen as the artist speaks them.

Execution:
As the title and lyrics speak of wearing a Polo shirt I first took a picture of a Polo shirt, cropped it and edited the colour and brightness in Photoshop. I then created glitch effects in After Effects by chopping the image in various places and changed the scale and colour. I then imported these glitch clips into Premiere Pro and carefully placed them to match the beat of the track. I then searched for a free commercial font which fits the Urban style of the track and carefully edited each word of the lyrics into the video to match the artist as he speaks them.

Result:
The style and intricate detail was highly commended by the artist and resulted in a further 4 projects and a Youtube Vlog series being commissioned.
