Riverside Quarter’s latest building, 5 Riverside, consisting of 99 apartments is under construction and will be launched in Spring 2014, and is set to complete in Winter 2016. A much sought after residential area, Wandsworth is also just across the river from fashionable Chelsea, with its proximity to the world class shopping, eateries, museums and galleries of Knightsbridge and South Kensington.

The aim of the advertising campaign is to secure the maximum value and to sell all of the residential units in phase 5 pre-completion. The campaign utilises upbeat imagery that was purpose-shot for the marketing collateral of phases one to five (and currently supports images from these photoshoots used on all hoardings at the development site), and integrates the emotion and joy of living at this desirable River-front location.
