This work was for a pitch for the launch material fir Principal Place, a landmark new mixed-use development located on the City of London/Shoreditch border. The Foster + Partners designed scheme offers a significant residential scheme comprising 420 high spec 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.

This series was pitched for phase one sales and awareness, and includes branding, hoardings, carry bags, a set of sales/plans brochures, and a website.

Within the main book are 4 separate insert books. These feature:
1/ A portrait of the city – photography by Dan Smith.
2/ A separate book containing all the CGIs.
3/ Tenant services in a magazine format.
4/ Shoreditch sketchbook – sketches from around Shoreditch by artist Jo Peel. Some of these sketches will also be reproduced and given to tenants. The art from these books and the main sales brochure will feature on other collateral including the carry bags and hoardings.
