Hakkasan, the chain of luxury Chinese restaurants, wanted a video to promote their unique Golden Week menu, devised by their head chef Tong Hwee Chee and Chef David Muñoz, founder of 3 Michelin star restaurant StreetXO. Working with BAFTA winning director Tristan Anderson & colourist Philipp Morozov, we created a video to show the collaboration between these two master chefs.
