We partnered with Virgin Active to create a dynamic announcement email introducing their new Cycle formats – Tempo Cycle and Power Cycle. Targeted to existing members who had previously engaged with cycling classes, the campaign aimed to build anticipation for the updated fitness schedule while clearly communicating the upcoming changes.

Objectives:

Introduce and generate interest in two new class formats.

Communicate the retirement of previous classes in a positive, forward-looking tone.

Reinforce Virgin Active’s commitment to evolving fitness experiences.

Drive class bookings through clear CTAs.
