About me

I am a young and energetic individual with the ambition to succeed. All my skills and experiences have lead me to now, where I feel I am highly capable and confident in my ability to succeed within any industry. I currently work for DCK Concessions, as a visual merchandiser team leader/manager. My job requires me to be highly creative with the ability to drive brands forward through innovative visual schemes and concepts. Possessing a proven ability to make a strong impact with visual merchandising and have a flair for redesigning in-store layouts to drive sales forward. I am continuously implementing visual guidelines to make sure that visual standards are maintained at all times and thinking commercially ahead. As I manager I am confident in running a team and supporting my area manager with any task. I consider myself a strong team player and a well-balanced manager.

I graduated from Middlesex University in 2013 after studying BA Popular Music, where I achieved a 2:1. My degree gave me great insight into business and I want to utilize my experience and work in progressive business environment. I studied a variety of modules including marketing, music production, digital media, events management, and much more. I have also done a short 10week course at Brighton City College, where I studied web design and digital marketing. This has allowed me to be more proficient with technology and all things social media.

I am currently studying a part time Masters in Computer Games: Art & Design, at Goldsmiths University. This course will start up again in September. I have mainly worked in fashion retail, however my knowledge and interests surpass into many more industries. My skills can cater to events, digital marketing, game design, merchandising, song writing, music and general management and creative directing. I believe my education and interests coupled with my talent makes me a highly creative individual with a strong eye for detail and an indissoluble work ethic.
