Topaz Villas: Luxury Living with a View


Topaz Villas is a new mid-rise condominium development in the historical museum district just south of downtown Houston. The selling points for these $1,000,000.00 plus condos was location, the views and superior construction. Architectural cues were taken from classic Italian design and building materials were top of the line with large floorplans designed for a sophisticated audience with classic tastes. All branding materials were created with a nod to classic Italian architecture, shapes and fonts. Projects completed included logo & brand identity, positioning & key messages, website, print and digital advertising and signage.
